You can track your order by:
- Going to "Your Orders" in your account
- Clicking "Track Package" next to your order
- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Checking your mobile app for real-time updates
We offer several shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over $35 (3-5 business days)
- Express Delivery: $9.99 (1-2 business days)
- Same-Day Delivery: $19.99 (available in select cities)
- Prime FREE Same-Day: Free for Prime members in eligible areas
You can modify or cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet:
- Go to "Your Orders" and find the order
- If the order shows "Not yet shipped," you can cancel or modify it
- Once shipped, you can return the items after delivery
- Some digital products cannot be cancelled once downloaded
